Md. Raju Ahmed Khan is a seasoned HR, Administration, and Compliance professional with over 15 years of experience in the apparel and manufacturing sector. He currently serves as DGM – HR & Admin at Modern Syntex Limited, where he leads strategic HR operations, employee engagement, compliance management, and organizational development.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Partex Star Group, Esquire Knit Composite Ltd., Cassiopea Fashion Ltd., and SQ Birichina Ltd. He has successfully implemented HR strategies, managed large workforces, ensured labor law compliance, conducted international buyer audits, and significantly improved employee engagement and retention.
Raju holds an EMBA and BBA in Human Resource Management and a Post-Graduate Degree in HRM with excellent academic results. He is passionate about building strong HR systems, fostering positive workplace culture, and driving organizational growth through effective people management.
