Mr. Mison Datta is a highly accomplished aquaculture professional with extensive experience in shrimp fry production and hatchery management. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager (DGM) at Modern Hatchery Limited, a sister concern of T.K. Group of Industries, where he plays a key role in overseeing hatchery operations and ensuring the consistent production of high-quality shrimp post-larvae (PL).
With strong technical expertise and hands-on operational experience, Mr. Datta specializes in broodstock management, larval rearing, water quality management, and hatchery biosecurity systems. His practical leadership and in-depth industry knowledge have significantly contributed to operational excellence, sustainable production practices, and continuous process improvement within the organization.
In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the aquaculture sector, Mr. Datta has been awarded the prestigious Gold Medal twice by the Government of Bangladesh for excellence in producing high-quality shrimp post-larvae.
